We are delighted with results that Megan, Brett and all the team at Ramsey Property achieved with our property in Carss Park. Megan was available at all times to give advice, answer questions and explained all aspects fully. She is a gem! The price range she predicted for our property was spot on and all negotiations handled with great diplomacy. Our thanks also to Deborah and Henry for their help on inspection days. Another win for the team at Ramsey's!
Brett Ramsey is a stand out gentlemen thats years ahead of his peers. Brett is relentless on delivering high quality service through genuine and personable experience. I highly recommend Brett Ramsey to everyone looking for a quality experience and outcome.
Brett Ramsey is gentleman who approaches your sale in a most honest, frank and professional manner. He follows up with prospective buyers and communicates regularly about inspections. When auction day arrives you are in a position to make decisions based on the genuine interest shown in the property.
Brett Ramsey recently sold my family home of 45 years after the passing of my mother. For me it was a very emotional sale so I really appreciated Bretts understanding, professionalism and local knowledge, his quick wit and sense of humour was a bonus. Brett never waivered from the job at hand, he was absolutely committed to achieving the best result for us.
We cant speak more highly of Brett Ramseys professionalism and dedication during the sale of our home. He more than met our expectations, from the first meeting when we knew that he could communicate to potential buyers what our home offered, then seeing how much care was put into the marketing campaign and finally finding the right buyers so quickly. A great result from a great agent.
We engaged Brett Ramsey to manage the marketing and sale of our home. During this process, we found this agent to be a great asset. He is professional, ethical and trustworthy. We considered him a partner in the process, providing good feedback and valuable counsel. He negotiated well for a great result in a tough market. We would recommend Brett to anyone looking to maximise available opportunities to get the result they desire for their property.
Brett, Kathy and I just wanted to say thank you again for selling yet another property for us. Not only did you find us a property four years ago which you sold for us once we rebuilt for a record price, but now you have helped us achieve another record price in Oatley. It was fantastic. You always gave us excellent advice and worked tirelessly to make sure we achieved the best price possible. The marketing was fantastic and your presentation, feedback and closing of the sale despite the headaches was simply brilliant. We look forward to the next project and Id just like to say that its great to work with an agent who delivers promises made.
