Brian managed and supported us through the sale of our home. He went well above and beyond to help and had intimate knowledge of our suburb. Brian made the selling process easy and uncomplicated - nothing was too much trouble.
Brian was fantastic selling my property, he was very knowledgeable on property prices in the area, any problems that arose he had a positive answer on how to deal with it.I would recommend Brian to any future sellers or buyers, he was always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on selling houses. And had very good negotiation skills on getting me the highest price , an excellent real estate agent , thanks Brian from John Thornley
Brian communicated well, was decisive and most importantly won my trust. His market knowledge and experience resulted in a sale above expectations which was so pleasing.
Brian was friendly, non pushy, and knows the area well. He was very helpful with organising the house ready for sale.
Brian and his team were amazing to deal with. Communication was outstanding, kept me informed the whole time and went the extra mile to help me get things done to ensure we got the best price possible. some of the extra jobs that weren't his issue he took on and arranged on my behalf when I was unable to attend to the property. I would recommend Brian and his team everyday of the week, they made the whole task of selling fun, enjoyable experience.
It was pleasure dealing with Brian throughout the entire selling process. I would also like to highlight his amazing work ethic. He went the extra mile on numerous occasions and in the end created a great outcome. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone selling.
Brian was absolutely amazing in the sale of my house. He went over and above to help me ensure that the process was smooth and easy. He was confident from the beginning and really delivered, selling the house after several days on market. There was regular communication and he very graciously handled all the curve balls that occurred after sale. Overall I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy and sell their home.
Brian was professional at all times and contactable whenever we needed him.
