We are very happy with the service and results Brodie & Carol provided in selling our property.
What a team, perfectly complementing each other with great charm and patience most necessary for stressed sellers! Nothing was too much trouble and most importantly feedback was immediate. I hope it won't be too soon before I need their services again but if I do Carol James Real Estate will be top of the list.
Brodie and Carol were excellent to deal with. Their knowledge of the Goulburn market was first class and the first inspections were booked within 24 hours of the property being listed. They always kept us in the loop with how prospective purchasers were going and were able to finalise the sale of our property in a most professional manner.
Carol, Brodie and all the staff at Carol James Real Estate are a highly professional team while also being friendly and down to earth people. They are always happy to help and everything was completed efficiently. Highly recommended for all your real estate needs.
We had very positive experience purchasing the property as interstate buyers purchasing our first property. Brodie was always responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the process and was always willing to assist with our many questions.
