"A belated thank you"

I met you around the middle of this year when I was visiting from Tasmania. My mum, Marlene van den Bosch, was deciding to list her Hastings Drive unit with you. I just wanted to send a belated thank you for all your effort and the support you gave her while selling her property. At the time she was very anxious and unsure but your confidence and care made all the difference. She is now so happily relocated and I'm very grateful to you for your part. Best wishes to you, Jenny

"Was a pleasure to deal with him"

We found Bruce to be very knowledgeable regarding the price for selling our Mother's home. He and his staff were also very helpful if we required any information regarding the sale. He was also available any time we needed to know anything, always on time for open houses even afterhours he would be available on the phone. Was a pleasure to deal with him.

"Very informative"

My wife and I found Bruce very informative of the current market in our area. We were pleasantly surprised by the estimated value that Bruce placed on our property. After only 6 weeks, WISEBERRY had secured a buyer for our place and at the TOP PRICE that Bruce had stated. Throughout the process, Bruce kept us informed of how matters were proceeding and what to expect. We couldnt be more satisfied with the final outcome. Thanks Bruce and your team at WISEBERRY (Port Macquarie).

"Excellent, flexible communications & extremely patient and persistent"

We'd known Bruce for many years and were keen to give him a go when it came time to sell, he delivered the goods with a smile. Excellent and flexible communications and extremely patient and persistent under challenging selling circumstances. Although a bit optimistic with the initial estimate, he got us a satisfactory price and in the timeframe we needed. Thanks Bruce for sticking with us (despite the difficulties) and we'd unreservedly recommend your skills to sellers in the Port Macq area.
