"Appallingly unprofessional"

Legal actions are being sought. I was declined an application and sent a email stating that it was due to past (inaccurate) events. This realtors employee Caitlin, discriminated against my family based on non factual assumptions and unfounded evidence. She made poor decisions, and defamatory statements. She has no sense of humility or desire to work within legislation or in a professional and fair manner. This was discovered after I leased through Fitzpatricks two years ago, and Caitlin has this week broken the law by not accepting an application made by me and lied (emailing me it was presented to the owner and declined). The owner stated they didnt see it. Absolutely no transparency or accountability. I DO NOT recommend as this agent will not even abide by a legal contract her agency has agreed to at any time. And yes, I do have a reliable income, am a member of the community and have NEVER had a problem with any other agency. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with Caitlin or FITZPATRICKS as they think they are above the law.
