I have sold two properties with Fiona now and in my eyes she is the best real estate agent by far. Very highly recommended.
From the initial appointment Fiona was very well organised and had researched other comparable properties which assisted in the identification of a realistic asking price. Fiona had managed to locate a number of potential buyers and inspections were arranged with feedback provided. Once an offer was made Fiona managed to negotiate a price close to the asking price. Communication during the whole process was excellent. The whole process was very smooth. I highly recommend Fiona!
Fiona represented us in a very professional manner while keeping a very friendly personal touch,. She kept us up to date with every aspect, we would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home
I felt very comfortable with Fiona at all times. She listened to concerns and acted on my behalf according to my wishes. The sale was very swift and easy..
Fiona was very helpful through all aspects of buying the block of land
Fiona Hawley, was excellent, going above and beyond the usual service you would expect to receive from a Real Estate Agent. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and this was the best experience I have had with buying or selling a house. Fiona kept us informed at all times and really went out of her way to make things easy for us. I would strongly recommend Fiona to anyone contemplating buying or selling a house in this area.
Fiona kept me fully informed with the progress of my sale. It meant that I was never left wondering about what was happening. She provided great advice when the negotiations with the purchaser were in progress.
From first contact with Cameron nothing was too much for him. He was accommodating to whatever times suited me to look through the property.Cam continued to stay in contact and communication with me throughout the entire process right up until settlement date - even though it was over the Christmas-New Year period. Cam helped make purchasing my first home an enjoyable process!!!!
Very happy with all Camerons hard work, service and the outcome
2 weeks prior to Christmas, our dream home came up for sale. in securing this home for purchase, we had our home to sell. Cameron was able to list our home and have it sold within 4 days, returning a sale price above our expectations!!
