From the initial appointment Fiona was very well organised and had researched other comparable properties which assisted in the identification of a realistic asking price. Fiona had managed to locate a number of potential buyers and inspections were arranged with feedback provided. Once an offer was made Fiona managed to negotiate a price close to the asking price. Communication during the whole process was excellent. The whole process was very smooth. I highly recommend Fiona!
