I was extremely dissatisfied with ActiveWest Real Estate in Geraldton after 2.5 years. The rental valuation was underestimated by $5k annually, the repair costs were exorbitant, and their management fees were high. I decided to make the switch to Mid Coast Realty Geraldton, and what a difference it has been. Carly Browne is incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive in addressing any issues that arise. Shes taken the time to understand my needs as a landlord and has made sure everything runs smoothly. Carly Browne was exceptional in setting up my rental property. Their property management fees have saved me a significant amount, and the market rental rate they provided is much more accurate and competitive. I highly recommend Mid Coast Realty for anyone seeking honest, reliable, cost-effective property management!
