"Carrie is Amazing"
I brought a property with tenants in place, my previous agent had not handled their tenancy correctly and made costly mistakes. From the first conversation with Carrie, her knowledge of the law and correct procedures was evident. She worked quickly to rectify the mistakes and my property was tidied up and back on the rental market extremely quickly. If you want an agent that's extremely knowledgeable, professional and just lovely to work with choose Carrie. I can't recommend her highly enough.

"Professional, Efficient and Friendly"
Carrie has done a wonderful job of managing our property. She is efficient and a pleasure to work with. She has a great relationship with our tenants which is helpful when dealing with various things to do with the property. I totally recommend Carrie as a property manager, she will not disappoint you.

"Awesome Property Manager"
Just a quick review to say that under Carrie's guidance the management of my property was impeccable it was always meticulously inspected and excellent feedback provided, her communication to me as a Landlord was top class and nothing was too much trouble for her to handle. I would recommend Carrie to any potential Landlords wanting to have their investment property well taken care of both professionally and on a friendship level.

Carrie, simply was amazing, she gave her time when we needed it, which was very much appreciated. Carrie was very professional and made you feel at home even before it became our home. In my years as a tenant in both New Zealand which is my native, and Australia where I now call home, Carrie is by far the most professional yet down to earth property manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with as my realtor. Her bubbly personality and empathetic nature is second to none in her field, and if you are looking for a property manager who brings both professionalism to the table but also that touch of personalism where thoughtful and caring communication is shown then look no further. Carrie is a stand out in her field and I couldn't recommend her more highly as a property manager to both future tenants or potential landlords.

I have rented properties through Carrie for a few years now. Through all the years she has been my property manager, she has remained professional while brining a personal touch of understanding and empathetic warmth to the nature of our relationship. "Easy to deal with"
I was referred to Carrie by a friend and have not been disappointed with the recommendation. I am a new landlord and thus, not too clued up with the process of renting out my property. Carrie and Bev have skillfully guided me through the processes. Have since been able to rent out my property and pleased to also realise that CP reality have experienced trade professionals at hand for any repairs required on the property.
