"Lack of communication fake promises"

Told me that she would increase rent and wait for her callback for when rental is due and to trust her. She left it for months as I was looking after my father and commitments: thats what you pay an agent for. I had to call myself, she lied and didnt do her job I lost thousands. I trusted her and she told me to not worry and to trust her. Then she lied I came to her crying thinking she can help and she made me feel safe then backstabbed me. Lied and didnt say the truth. Loyalty and dignity and honesty and self respect is more important dont you think. We had a meeting and she completely denied her promise. I am so disappointed, I finally trusted someone to have done this is just not acceptable
