"Wonderful"
Throughout this process Chad has been wonderful. He has kept me informed all along the way and followed up with each potential buyer, often several times. My property was affected by not only WestConnex, but also by a falling property market. He managed to find the right buyer and negotiate a great price and conditions, given the state of the market. His advice was sound and even when I started to think that the property would never sell, his enthusiasm and belief in my property never waivered. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Chad to anyone thinking of selling their property.

"Outstanding agent!"
Chad Egan proved to be a motivated and exceptional agent. His 'can-do' attitude was very positive and reassuring. He put 100% of his efforts into the sale of the property but it was the thorough and unanticipated work that makes him an outstanding agent. Nothing was too much. It is always a pleasure to deal with a happy, confident and hard working true gentleman. Chad was truly professional and I highly recommend his services.

"Absolutely brilliant!"
Chad lead the entire sales effort on our behalf, covering every element from initial planning and strategy, all advertising and promotion, staging, open houses through to the auction and settlement. Chad was absolutely brilliant! Very friendly, courteous and professional, open and honest. We were always extremely well informed and briefed on what was going on with emails and messages presented in a very readable and easily understood format. He took every concern and all effort out of our hands. I cant speak highly enough of Chad. We received a tremendous result but my views of Chad were well formed before the auction took place. I couldnt recommend Chad more highly to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.
