Charlene is a useless, unprofessional & money hungry agent with no sales or property management skills whatsoever. She's rude, and only believes in blaming people & not taking ownership of her action. She is unapologetic & can take you for a ride with her innocent voice & behavior. Don't be fooled & beaware of agents like Charles. Take your business somewhere else. Do not fall fir her trap !!!
