We are downsizing to a smaller home after our 5 kids moved out. The thought of trudging through many places with lots of people was not something we were looking forward to. We looked at 3 properties within a week & last lucky last we viewed a property with Chloe. What a delight Chloe was from the moment we first met her and we were totally impressed by her exceptional people skills and product knowledge. In obtaining approval through Chloe, what stood out was her timeliness, professionalism, people skills and warm personality. In essence Chloe made a process we thought would be difficult, a breath of fresh air. As a couple who have purchased and sold houses and also rented, Chloe removes the angst out of such a process. Thankyou Chloe :-)
