"There was no choice in our mind"

Michael (and Chris) from One Agency was our first choice when we listed our house for sale; in our minds, there was no choice to be made. We bought before we sold; on the day of purchasing our new property, we phoned Michael to tell him we had to sell and we had to move quickly. We have had Michael (and other agents) through our house several times over the years for appraisals and when we'd been seriously considering selling. We had a really strong rapport with Michael and his local market was evident. He is also straight down the line, no mucking around or telling you what you want to hear. We think that's important in an agent, where you know they are being completely honest with you, on market estimate, fees, estimated time to sell, etc. In all our previous dealings with Michael, we felt like we really trusted him (and Chris too, of course). We had to move quickly, and he put everything to place for us within a matter of days - including arranging a pest and build inspection for us (which we decided to fund so that purchasers could move quickly with confidence), photography and marketing materials, putting us in touch with a local conveyancer...he was really helpful at every step. He's also really good at knowing what type of client you are, and supporting you on your sales journey. I really like to know what is happening every step of the way and be across everything, and he really adapted his style to make sure I felt comfortable and had all the information I needed at all times. He would call us within a minute of driving away from our open house to update us on how it went and give us as many stats as possible. He knows I'm a control freak (and the process stressed me out) and needed to know these things straight away - but he made sure I felt comfortable and had the information I needed every step of the way! I'm sure I drove him crazy, but he didn't show it.

"Thank You for finding us our new home"

After months of searching and dealing with agents, Chris was a breath of fresh air. He was knowledgeable but not pushy, and maintained his integrity throughout the whole process. Everything from the initial inspection to the purchasing of the home ran very smoothly.

"Couldn't be happier"

My husband and I bought our first house through Chris just recently, and were very happy with how stress-free and easy the process was. Our first encounter with Chris was when he provided us with a private inspection of the property. He was very relaxed, friendly and helpful. Since then he has guided us through the sale with a great degree of efficiency and honesty, and we always felt confident with Chriss knowledge of the property and local market. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Chris again, and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property around the Forestville area.

"Approachable & hard working"

I found Chris to very easy to talk to and professional from the first time I met with him. Having owned and lived in my house for over 46 years it had been a long time since I was in the real estate market. Chris was very approachable in all of his dealings with me - be it in person or over the phone. He always kept me up to date and went above and beyond to achieve the best sales price possible. It was all made very stress free thanks Chris and his team. I would recommend Chris & his team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

"Integrity, communication skills and negotiation skills"

If you're looking for a real estate agent who will make a difference to both your selling and buying experience then we would highly recommend Chris Naylor from One Agency. My husband and I have worked with Chris for over 12 years - in that time we have bought and sold over 10 properties - both investments and to live in. Chris's integrity, communication skills and negotiation skills are what keep us coming back to him for anything "real estate". Over the years Chris has gained a suburb record for the sale of 38 Milham Cres Forestville, and most recently sold 2 Pira Place Forestville for a price above our expectations. Skye at One Agency also manages our investment properties - both commercial and residential. Along with Chris, Michael and Skye make up a formidable team who will make your buying or selling experience less stressful.

"Excellent service, integrity and communication"

We first met Michael 4 years ago when he sold us our house in Killarney Heights. We were really impressed with how he looked after us as buyers, while knowing he was looking after the sellers too. He has always had an open door for us to pop in to and discuss our future with our home. Once we made the difficult decision to sell, he was there for us. He told us the market was good for us to sell, and he was right. We had an offer within a week. Throughout the entire selling process, he has kept us up to date with progress and what we should expect to happen. Everything ran so smoothly and without any stress whatsoever. I would recommend Michael and all at One Agency Forestville to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house. He will look after you no matter if you are the seller or the buyer. Thank you Michael, Chris and Skye for looking after us during our buying, renting out and eventually selling of our property.
