"Avoid like the plague"

Whilst a tennant he was always hard to get hold of, never answers his phone so emergency like a burst water main take longer than needed to get moving on. Once I gave my notice he was impossible to deal with and did not respond to phone calls, texts or emails. Got in earlier than me and claimed the bond, would not go to remediation with RTA and forced me to go to QCAT, to which he did not show to the hearing, I am assuming because he actually knew he had no right to claim my bond. Only reason he got 1 star is because it will not let me give him 0.
