"Fantastic to deal with"

We found Chris great to deal with all the way through the process from inspecting the house, all the way through to the moving in date. This was especially important as we were moving from interstate. Chris' communication and honesty was first class and he didnt hesitate to assist us when we needed. Would highly recommend Chris for any of your real estate needs!

Chris was very focused on achieving a positive outcome on the sale of my house. At all stages he kept me as the vendor fully informed on the progress of the sale and was helpful in devising various marketing strategies to keep the sale process attractive to buyers. After a disappointing auction he worked dilligently to find a buyer willing to pay a fair price for my house. He understood what I wanted to sell for and did a fantastic job to negotiate a sale price above my reserve. An outstanding result for me in a tough market!!! I would recommend Chris as the preffered agent to sell a Wantirna property.

Chris was always very efficient at responding to my inquiries and very professional. There is a lot of attention to detail put in to the house that he sells to ensure they are presentable from the impeccable listing photography to the smooth organising of the settlement. He was able to respond to all my questions and had a broad understanding of the suburb we were purchasing in. I Would not hesitate to use his service if i had to sell a house.

“Great suburb, convenient location”
