"Felt like we were her most important client"

Chrissy was like no other agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was attentive, ethical, and thorough. My family had previously listed with another agent for 3 months and promises were made and never delivered upon. We knew when Chrissy did the appraisal that she was the right choice because it never felt like an uncomfortable 'sales pitch'. Instead we walked through her extensive research (she lives in the Stafford area which helped I am sure), recommendations about how to capture the market that would be viewing our property and she listed out the additional extras we could put in place but without the pressure. We took her advice and she even helped us with the removal of some furniture and was very understanding regarding our needs in relocating! I felt like we were her most important client because she was so responsive to our needs and demonstrated integrity not often seen in the industry. My family sold our house almost $200,000 over what we had previously been promised and I know it was due to her working hard outside of the open home foot traffic. Would especially recommend her if you are unhappy after a previous negative experience
