Contacted Ray White Croydon to query the Croydon South property. Admin lady provided Christine as the listing agent to call me. Waited 2 biz days for her to call us and arrange an inspection. Inspection time was at 2pm and Christine arrived at 2:15pm without calling us to say that she was running late. Inspected the property and noticed Christine was a bit vague with the property attributes. The next day put an offer in and was told that we had to wait another week until more offers were collected and presented to the vendor. I had to raise my offer after the week and missed out on the property. The offer process was so delayed and was angry with Christine to not present our offer straight away to the vendor. Shocking tactic and approach for buyers. Never again.
