Both Con and Ameerul were very professional and didn't mind at all to take their time to explain to us in laymen's terms about the processes of selling our house. They treated us with respect and ensured that we are always happy with their services. They followed up with every potential buyers to gather valuable feedback, and at the same time maintained a close relationship with them, which ultimately helped smoothen the whole sale process. Overall, we are absolutely grateful that we chose Harcourts to be our representative!
We engaged Con for the sale of our house after it failed to sell by a previous agent. Con had excellent local knowledge and we were vey comfortable working with him. The house was sold much earlier to the auction date for a very good price, thanks to Con and his team. Con delivered what he promised and we would definitely recommend to anyone we know.
Con and his team were very professional, the level of communication was great.. Strongly recommend his service
Con is a professional at what he does and takes pride in his work. This was evident when I worked with him to sell my house in Meadow Heights. From the beginning, Con was prepared to understand my motivations, identify what my expectation were and provide insight into the best way to approach the sale. The process was simple from day 1, Con constantly provided feedback and updates on the process throughout the campaign. I would highly recommend Con for anyone looking to sell their property. It was refreshing to work with an honest professional in this industry.
Buying property involves more then I thought but Con was with me all the way, his professionalism and thorough knowledge was very helpful. I only had to ring and he was there for me. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I would highly recommend him when it comes to buying a home
Con was in constant communication though out the sale property. Con carried out local investigation of the market and it compared well with my own local investigation. I had phone calls directly after each open and organised inspection with perspective buyers. I recommend Con and the agency he works for the North and North West suburbs where the agency appears to have it position and knowledge on .
Con caught my attention several years ago when I inquired about a property which I ultimately was unsuccessful in purchasing. His great service stood out even in that short interaction and I had no hesitation approaching Melbourne Estate Agents because of that fond memory. On this occasion, Con helped me to find the house that I desired and then continued to assist me through the process until settlement. Con was organised, attentive, confident, helpful, always available and incredibly calm. His experience shone through given he had thought of every possible outcome in a given scenario and this made obstacles an easy to overcome. This was very important given my bank and conveyancer were less than helpful at times and had to be spoon-fed throughout the process. Given my lack of experience in this context I only had Con to turn to and he did not disappoint me once. No matter what time of the day or night I called or texted he responded and guided me through the process. Often when it was not his responsibility. I have rarely witnessed someone provide this kind of exceptional service. I commend Con and Melbourne Estate Agents for the outstanding service that I have experienced and I hope that Cons efforts are rewarded in a manner that you see fit. Thank you Con and Melbourne Estate Agents for your exceptional service and a wonderful memory.
I was extremely happy with the sale of my block of land. I met with con once and from then onwards he took full control of my block. He would contact me every couple of weeks just to keep me in the loop with any progress. I would highly recommend con to sell any home or block of land as he is very professional and deticated to his work especially to his clients. Thank you so very much!
We found Con and his team very professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. Inspection appointments were always on time with nine inspections in the first week. Con kept us up to date with inspection results and achieved offers within the first week on the market and exceeded our expectation on the sale price. We have no reservations in recommending Con in particular and Melbourne Estate Agents. They were a pleasure to work with. Thanks you, Dieter and Sue Neven
Con came as a recommendation to us by friends, and we can certainly see why! From the day we first met with him, he went above and beyond what we expected. His professionalism, expertise, and knowledge is impeccable! He was 100% dedicated to making us feel at ease at all times and ensuring we were happy throughout our campaign. In the end, and after is hard work, he helped achieve a fantastic result that none of us expected. We seriously cannot thank him enough, for his dedication, support and making the sale of our home a positive experience. We would highly recommend Con as an agent to anyone!
