Both Con and Ameerul were very professional and didn't mind at all to take their time to explain to us in laymen's terms about the processes of selling our house. They treated us with respect and ensured that we are always happy with their services. They followed up with every potential buyers to gather valuable feedback, and at the same time maintained a close relationship with them, which ultimately helped smoothen the whole sale process. Con was in constant communication though out the sale property. Con carried out local investigation of the market and it compared well with my own local investigation. I had phone calls directly after each open and organised inspection with perspective buyers. "Exceptional service from a true professional"

Con caught my attention several years ago when I inquired about a property which I ultimately was unsuccessful in purchasing. His great service stood out even in that short interaction and I had no hesitation approaching Melbourne Estate Agents because of that fond memory. On this occasion, Con helped me to find the house that I desired and then continued to assist me through the process until settlement. Con was organised, attentive, confident, helpful, always available and incredibly calm. His experience shone through given he had thought of every possible outcome in a given scenario and this made obstacles an easy to overcome. This was very important given my bank and conveyancer were less than helpful at times and had to be spoon-fed throughout the process. Given my lack of experience in this context I only had Con to turn to and he did not disappoint me once. No matter what time of the day or night I called or texted he responded and guided me through the process. Often when it was not his responsibility. I have rarely witnessed someone provide this kind of exceptional service. I commend Con and Melbourne Estate Agents for the outstanding service that I have experienced and I hope that Cons efforts are rewarded in a manner that you see fit.
