"DON'T DEAL WITH HIM"
Con's agency, Ray White Rockdale, caused me many problems a few years ago with a tenant they lied about and a buyer they let into my house before contracts were exchanged. That caused damage to it. I took it to CTTT and ASIC but didn't get anywhere, despite of proof. Mainly because Con ignored my solicitor's requests for supporting documentation. It has recently come to my attention that Con has been defaming me online for a number of years, stating I lied to these agencies. I also have copies of their rulings and none of them say that. They assure me they never would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY and CON, I DON'T recommend them to anyone. Find out more about them from online complaints.

"Fantastic Agent in Rockdale"
Con from Ray White sold us a fantastic unit in Rockdale in 2013 and managed our house in Enmore. For 4 years this was great, then we decided we needed to sell. Living overseas we had to know that we had someone's absolute attention and we found it. Con had a sound strategy to ensure maximum attention, maximum viewings and maximum attendance at the auction. He forged sound relationships with the tenants and personally ensured he was available to show potential buyers the property at all times. As overseas investors he also made himself available day and night to suit our times. Outstanding.
