Great sale experience Cory was brilliant with his ideas in the preparation of the sale. He stuck to the timelines and made the experience trouble free for us, the vendors. He exceeded our expectations in his efforts during the sale process and then achieved a higher price than we expected. We were extremely happy with Cory's performance and would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.
The Cory Boyd team were awesome to have as a real estate agent. 10/10 best lad going.
My husband and I had never been to an auction before. Cory made us feel at ease. Cory and Jordan stayed with us the whole time. We bought our forever home within our budget. Cory knows what he is taking about. Would highly recommend the Cory Boyd team at Ray White Marsden. They even helped us with organising our insurance, power and internet connection for our new home. They know their job and are very helpful, nothing is a problem! We highly recommend them.
Cory and the team were super easy to deal with. They answered all my million questions and concerns promptly, at all hours. They really went above and beyond to achieve a great result. I am extremely happy with the outcome.
We were pleasantly surprised that Cory was so easy to get a hold of. The only time he didn't answer our calls was when his phone was in the bottom of a toilet : ) This made our selling experience stress free and we are happy we made the choice to go with Cory and his team.
Working with Cory was a pleasure. Very supportive and patient
Cory was professional in every way. He has great communication skills and very good with negotiating a positive outcome for the sale of my property.

We had a great experience with Cory who arranged walkthrough of the house which was occupied by tenants as we were interstate. He was straightforward, honest and transparent in his communication which made things easy. Thanks Cory, keep up the great work!
