Craig worked with us providing evidence of recent sales prices in the local area, advising on what we could to do to improve the opportunities for sale and where to advertise. He had regular contact with us and provided daily feedback following the open house showings. Craig has been open, honest, trustworthy and is a knowledgable and skilled salesman. The house has sold quickly and above the minimum asking price. Thank you, Craig, we could not be happier, you have taken the stress out of this process for us.
