Interviewed 5 agents before Craig and found him to be the best of the bunch. Best local knowledge and direct to the point. I found Craig very personable and also very approachable . He would always answer your calls, ring back if he missed you and was always willing to talk . . Craig kept you informed and upto date with the status of the sale and also if there were any potential problems that were looming. Initially i was recommended Craig by a previous colleague of mine. I had no regrets and was please he helped me sell my property quickly and efficiently.
Craig went above and beyond, his quick response to my email requesting a viewing of the above mentioned property was awesome, and every other time I requested a viewing it was never a problem, the following up on the offer was really quick. I got a reply within the hour of putting it in, and any issues/problems I had with the property after settlement he was happy to help me with. I did place a post on Facebook thanking him for all his work.
The only reason I don't give Craig 5 stars for everything is out of principle - no one can be perfect. But I think Craig did a really good job in selling our property. It's not that the price we got was amazing - the market is tough so I was not expecting miracles. But Craig was honest about what we should expect to get (and he got it about right), he knew the market, and he made sensible suggestions about getting a good price but not over-spending on marketing. He quickly organised tradesmen for the odd jobs that needed doing to get the property ready to sell. He kept us constantly informed about results of the home opens and inspections and followed up interested parties promptly. Once a contract was signed Craig kept us updated on the vendors finance application, made sure the final inspection went smoothly and resolved outstanding issues. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
Craig sold a property in Waikiki for us recently and the choice of him as our selling agent proved to be a good one. Craig's ongoing communication and helpful input throughout the process from appraisal to settlement was excellent and resulted in a quick sale at slightly above our asking price, which was a very welcome surprise in the current market conditions. Craig listened to my situation and did everything that I asked. I needed the property to sell fast and with Craig's great advertising skills and consistent communication about where we were at with the property, my property sold very quickly.
