Damian sold my property on time at auction in March 2020. His excellent communication skills and diligence to the success of the sale throughout the campaign were noted & appreciated. He was professional at all times and went out of his way to help out (eg going around to the property in his own time to fix a light globe). He returned my calls within minutes /hours and answered all of my queries. Damian worked hard & diligently to ensure the success of the sale & I highly recommend him.
Damian was awesome, I felt very comfortable with him from the get go. What I liked most about Damian was his excellent local knowledge and great understanding of the local market sales. He was very open and transparent during the whole process and I felt at ease during the entire sales process would strongly recommend giving him a call.
Damian has excellent knowledge of the local area and obviously enjoys working here. He always responded promptly to any question I had. He was very realistic about my place in the current climate. It was a joy working with Damian to sell my apartment. I highly recommend him.
Damian is a fantastic agent who worked extremely hard to facilitate an off-market sale for us. He is a great communicator, realiable, transparent and has excellent local knowledge. For anyone thinking of selling their property in Elwood (or anywhere else for that matter), I would no hesitation in recommending Damian to act as your selling agent. Thank you, Damian, and I look forward to our paths crossing again in the future.
Damian took pride in his presentation, work ethic and professionalism which impressed me from the beginning. He was always courteous, prepared and punctual. He had a thorough understanding of my property and ultimately his knowledge and attention to detail resulted in a stress free sale. I have complete confidence in recommending Damian and the team at RT EDGAR ELWOOD.
Damian is a powerhouse and worked hard to get the result we wanted. His knowledge of the market, accessibility and transparency was exemplary. He was professional and genuine from the very first meeting and this did not change throughout the course of the sale period. Many thanks to Damian.
