Damon has a great knowledge especially in the west area. He is very professional and provides us the buyers with plenty of information and options as comparison to think about before buying a property. He also provides plenty of supports during negotiation and settlement period by allowing access to the property for any required inspections. Furthermore, he introduced us to his fellow colleagues at ACE Real Estate to find tenants for our property so we do not have a long transition period of the house being vacant.
