"Do not recommend"

Dana was the property manager for a unit I rented. She was often dismissive and rude when I informed her that the owner was coming to the unit unannounced (illegal) and even booked tradesmen in to do work without informing us (also illegal.) It was difficult to get hold of her and she would often not pass information on to the owners, leading us to have to continue to contact them directly. She did not adequately perform the role of a property manager, we didnt realise how poor of a job she did until we rented another unit and were treated like human beings. The unit was also not safe to live in but thats on the owner, not her but its unethical to manage a property that doesnt meet basic living standards.
