Dan made an experience, that understandably can be very stressful, as smooth as possible! My experience, with Dan, was exceptional! Buying a home is probably the most stressful and expensive and confusing process most people will go through in a lifetime. From the moment I firstly spoke to Dan on the phone, to meeting him in person, Dan was so easy and friendly to speak with. Dan had an extraordinary market knowledge and communication skills..... which was very much appreciated considering the crazy property market we are in at the moment. Dan went above and beyond with his communication with me and any questions or concerns that I may have had. I have 3 daughters with all different schedules and Dan didn't hesitate to accommodate showing the girls the home when it worked for them. "Easiest Transaction Ever!"
It is a sellers market at the moment and as a buyer, it is tough to get an agent to call you back, take you seriously and to be swift in helping you to secure an offer on paper. I found myself in a few multi offers on other properties with other agents. Then Dan came along..... Dan listened to what I was looking for and contacted me with some prospective listings. He answered all of my questions professionally, promptly and arranged an inspection around my crazy shift work hours. The whole transaction was very easy. I can highly recommend Dan as he seems a genuinely nice guy, with an honest and transparent manner. I would not hesitate in recommending Dan as an agent.
