Dani exceeded our expectations when we entrusted him with selling our unit. He went above and beyond in all aspects of his service by keeping us continuously in the loop with progress updates, arriving early for opens to help set up display items eg candles, working hard even late or after hours to liaise with prospective buyers & delivering on his promise to get us a fantastic result in what has been a challenging time in the market. I couldnt recommend Dani enough to anyone looking to sell. His passion, drive, integrity, friendly nature & attention to detail is unparalleled.
A very positive experience. Very reliable and professional.
Working with Dani was a breeze and I was in New Zealand at the time. His vast knowledge and years of experience in real estate helped everything go smoothly without being stressful or overcomplicated. I highly recommend Dani to help you list and sell your home.
This is the second property I have sold through Dani, and his partner Charlie. Their service and courteousness was exemplary in every aspect. Their advice was straight to the point, sometimes unusual in this industry. Dani kept me fully informed every step of the way, and achieved a record result ... in only 8 days! Dani pays attention to even the smallest detail. I would recommend Dani to anyone considering selling their home, or managing a rental property. (Dani previously looked after a rental property for me as well.)
Dani is utterly amazing. He worked magic for my husband and I, even during his own time. Would highly recommend to anyone
Can't recommend Dani Chahine from Sydney Side Real Estate enough! Right from the beginning he came across as caring, genuine and easy to work with. He took into consideration our needs and wants and put in the hard work to make sure he delivered the best result he could for us. He kept me well informed and nothing was too much trouble. We are very happy with the way he dealt with the selling of our beloved first home. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and anyone looking at selling their property. Thank you again Dani and the team at Sydney Side Real Estate..
I am highly impressed with Dani's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor. I must say his customer service and negotiation skills are unparalleled. It is because of his excellence in the property sector, I highly recommend his service. I found him a top performing customer service professional. To my knowledge, he is the best agent when selling or renting out a property.
