Danielle displayed effective communication throughout the settlement process and was quick to reply to e-mails, messages and phone calls - I find this is the best indicator of a good agent, and would have no trouble recommending her services to others.

To whom it may concern, If you are thinking about listing your property and not sure which agent to list with, may I suggest you enlist on Danielle Belshaw? While it might not seem that the listing agent matters, let me tell you it does. Danielle was patient and very considerate for the seller. She will strive to achieve the most for the sale of your property. Danielle is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing her job above and beyond service expectation. If you want a trusted real estate sales agent, you want Danielle.

Danielle Belshaw has gone above and beyond the call of duty for a real estate agent. I first noticed Danielle was exceptional when she hand wrote her invitation to appraise my home. This personal touch has continued not only during the sale of my house, but long after in the buying process of my new home. Her negotiations with the buyers and myself went on well outside the standard expectation of service and her professional manner when welcoming prospective buyers and sightseers was amazing. She is also the most well prepared with the paperwork of all the agents I have met when buying my new property. Danielle sacrificed her time when achieving the sale of my property. I can highly recommend Danielle and her team for anyone in the selling process or buying of a property. I know that in future she will not only have her own Agency but a whole empire in training of Real Estate Agents to be skilled and service orientated like herself.
