It's a challenge to put into words how thrilled we have been with Daniel Robinson at Ash Marton Realty. We chose him as we believed him to be the local expert in our area, and he has proved that and more. What I really liked was that he took a keen interest in our individual property, and also us as a family. Our property was sold quickly and at a great price. He is friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and a keen negotiator. I wish I could purchase off him as well but we are moving away from the area. We first came across Daniel Robinson from Ash Marton Realty over a year ago when attending an open for inspection in Langwarrin. At that stage we weren't ready to sell for another year or so but Daniel kept in touch, gave invaluable advice on preparation of our home before sale which we did to a tee. Fast forward to the present: we have just sold our home in 10 days in a declining market. After using other real estate agents in past sales over the years, Daniel has proven to be not only trustful but highly knowledgeable on the current market situation, easy to talk to, highly communicative, a great eye for attention to detail and just a really nice every day bloke who is easy to talk to. To be provided with analytical results across all platforms and Dans advice made it easier to make decisions.
