"6 star rating!!!!"

Daniel is absolutely amazing, his knowledge, negotiation skills and patience is admirable and skills that VERY few real estate agents posses. Daniel and the team at AMR have these skills in SPADES! Daniels knowledge of the area (Frankston) is exceptional, he knows what works, he knows the best way to communicate information and his negotiation skills are precise, professional and he is always happy to hear your feedback.

"professionalism immediately stood out."

I first met Daniel at one of his open homes and his professionalism immediately stood out. After having no success with a previous agency for several months, Daniel had my property sold within a week!! His communication, charisma and knowledge made this journey not only easy, but a memorable one. I cannot speak highly

"Extremely Positive Experience"

We would like to thank Dan Robinson from Ash Marton Realty for an extremely positive experience selling our home. We chose Dan as our agent as we loved the way he treated us as potential buyers, when attending some of his open homes prior to putting our house on the market. We commend Dan for his commitment, honesty, positivity, perseverence and exceptional communication skills. Dan's sales assistant Ayden also shares all of these skills and traits and has been a pleasure to work with too. We couldn't recommend Dan Robinson highly enough and through the whole sales process we could trust that we had left our property in the best hands. We will definitely use his services in the future.

"Really Happy"

We used Dan and Teah from Ash Marton to sell our property. Dan was excellent at guiding us and helping us through the process and Teah was always willing to go the extra mile. We were really happy with our experience.

"Local Expert"

It's a challenge to put into words how thrilled we have been with Daniel Robinson at Ash Marton Realty. We chose him as we believed him to be the local expert in our area, and he has proved that and more. What I really liked was that he took a keen interest in our individual property, and also us as a family. Our property was sold quickly and at a great price. He is friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and a keen negotiator. I wish I could purchase off him as well but we are moving away from the area. If you're looking for someone who will do a wonderful job for you and make the selling experience enjoyable, you can't go past Daniel. 5 Stars all the way.

"Above and Beyond"

Dan is a really nice guy and went above and beyond to secure a sale for our property. He was always available and I was surprised at the hours Dan and his team put in to get everything done. We sold our property within a week and are very happy with the result.

"Invaluable Advice"

We first came across Daniel Robinson from Ash Marton Realty over a year ago when attending an open for inspection in Langwarrin. At that stage we weren't ready to sell for another year or so but Daniel kept in touch, gave invaluable advice on preparation of our home before sale which we did to a tee. Fast forward to the present: we have just sold our home in 10 days in a declining market. After using other real estate agents in past sales over the years, Daniel has proven to be not only trustful but highly knowledgeable on the current market situation, easy to talk to, highly communicative, a great eye for attention to detail and just a really nice every day bloke who is easy to talk to. To be provided with analytical results across all platforms and Dans advice made it easier to make decisions. Trust is very important when dealing with real estate agents so with this I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Daniel for your sale of your home or your purchase of your home. Thank you again Daniel. A big thank you to Aydan too, you have a promising future ahead of you and were a pleasure to deal with.

"Came through with the goods"

After buying a home through Daniel Robertson 4 years ago we were very impressed with this company. We then chose to sell our property through Daniel earlier this year after considering other agents. As expected and promised Daniel and Ash Martin Realty came through with the goods netting us a sale price 8k under our asking price ranges high figure just 3 days after the first open house.
