I recently had a rather disappointing experience with a property agent during a property inspection. Although I usually don't write reviews, I felt compelled to share this to provide feedback and hopefully see improvement in customer service. Firstly, the agent seemed to exhibit a noticeable bias towards customers who spoke fluent Chinese. As someone who doesn't fit that profile, I felt sidelined during the inspection. This was particularly evident in the way she interacted with others compared to me, which was not only unprofessional but also quite disheartening. Moreover, I was singled out for wearing shoes inside the property, despite the fact that other customers were doing the same. This inconsistency in enforcing rules was confusing and made me feel unfairly targeted. The most disconcerting aspect, however, was the condescending tone the agent adopted while speaking to me. She appeared to assume that I couldn't understand Chinese, which was not the case. Her demeanor and the way she spoke to me were not only disrespectful but also undermined my ability to make informed decisions about the property. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. It's crucial for professionals in customer-facing roles to treat all clients with equal respect and courtesy, regardless of language skills or any other factors. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future interactions.
