Thanks Ada and Danny for all your efforts in getting our property ready for sale. The fact that you were able to manage all the pre-sale Contractors on our behalf was a huge worry off our shoulders. Additionally your efforts in securing our sale prior to Auction are again very much appreciated, thank you both.

I have been a client of CobdenHayson for almost 8 years. They have been my property manager for my rental properties for that entire time and have been so professional and responsive and helpful for the entire duration. My current rental property manager is amazing and I would not have been able to get through some tough repair and tenant issues of late without the trust I have in her to help me make all the right decisions. In addition to this I have also recently sold a property through the sales team at CobdenHayson and once again, I could not have been happier. Not only were they fully transparent and supportive and communicative but they are all just such good, nice people which makes dealing with them on such important matters so much less stressful. The outcome of my sale was better than I could have ever expected and I know that is due to CH's excellent marketing campaign and dedicated approach to getting the best for me that they could. I remain an ongoing rental property client and feel completely safe in their hands. Thanks CH for making all this difficult business so smooth and easy for me.

Meeting Danny and Ada was most pleasant, a real delight. Both Danny and Ada were extremely professional and efficient, but jolly and gave us confidence in the whole matter of selling a real property for the first time. They kept us well-informed throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised at how hassle-free the whole endeavour was, even though we were in a different country. Thank you both, Danny and Ada.

I am very happy to provide the following recommendation for Cobden and Hayson Real Estate to use in any way they wish. When I had to contact a Real Estate Agent to list my deceased brother's house, the local bank I was dealing with suggested Cobden and Hayson and a few others. I looked into Cobden and Hayson and liked their knowledge of the area and their presentation. After contacting them, I was impressed by their advice and attitude and hired them as the agent. Since that time, they advised me, organised various trades people to attend to things that needed work such as repairing the fence, removing rubbish and securing floorboards. They, particularly Danny Cobden and Ada Mastronardo, were very patient over the time it took for probate, never pushing me but offering help and advice. Nearing the time for auction, they kept me informed at all times and I found their advice invaluable. Best of all, they secured an outstanding result at auction. As this is a time when few of us are experts in the field, it is important to have agents who are knowledgeable, dependable and who keep you informed. I am extremely impressed with Cobden and Hayson and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of Real Estate professionals.

In early 2016, we embarked on the ambitious task of concurrently selling our three inner west properties. Based on our past experience (of local buying and property management) and owing to their outstanding local reputation, we chose to sell through Cobden and Hayson. We felt supremely confident from the outset that we were in the very best of hands with Danny Cobden and Ada Mastronado. We were guided through the process step-by-step, with responses to our questions always being timely and wise. Bumps in the road were managed professionally and expertly, and we always felt confident in the advice we were given. Based on market considerations and our personal goals and needs, Danny and Ada recommended a sales strategy and structured a selling timetable and away we went! And our results speak for themselves; we sold well above reserve (and our wildest dreams!) on all three properties positioning us strongly for our familys next chapter. We are under no illusions that our personal success in the entire selling process is thanks to the skill and experience of Danny and Ada, and we are eternally grateful. We unreservedly recommend Danny and Ada, and indeed their entire team, to anyone considering selling, buying or renting in Sydneys inner west. Weve since bought a new family home (yes, through Cobden and Hayson!) and, once again, the whole process has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dear Danny and Ada, We just wanted to thank you for all your efforts in securing a fantastic outcome for us - we're very pleased with the price and with how quickly the whole sale process happened - when we saw the photos we wanted to buy it!

The creative strategy you devised, and the confident manner in which you handled the negotiations, delivered an outstanding result and proved testament to your superior experience and knowledge in our sector of the market. The Balmain market is totally unique and I would have no hesitation in recommending you as the premium property specialist in the area.

You did an outstanding job on the marketing and sale of our home. The strategy and tactics you employed were spot-on; the execution was great; and the result was fantastic. Congratulations, you continue to secure your place as the best agent on the peninsula.

Having dealt with Danny on a number of occasions in both the sale and purchase of waterfront properties in the area, his straight-talking approach, exceptional knowledge of the market is refreshingly different and appealing both as a buyer and seller of local premium properties.
