100 % highly recommend Living Prospect, especially Danny. Danny has gone above and beyond. Danny not only has helped us as an agent, but also supported us in different ways that normally are not really his role. He gave us the trust that was very genuine. Danny always picks up his phone to answer a lot of questions. He is very proactive and acts as a great connection between the vendor and ourselves as buyers. If you consider to buy/sell a house, I highly recommend Danny and the Living Prospect team, especially first-home buyers who are new to the market. Thanks Danny and the team again for such wonderful services.

"Amazing"

Amazing service given by Danny. He and his team know the market and how to deal the situation. I am really happy with Dannys service. With his exceptional knowledge, good communication, experience and up to date in market, my property was sold just in 2 weeks. He is not like other realestate agents who run their business on lie. I will surely go again with Living Prospect for my next property and will recommend to my friends to go with them.

"Great Advice"

I met with Danny last week when I was trying to decide whether to sell an investment property or not in the current market. Danny was able to provide some great advice, with the mindset of what was the best course of action for myself as the client , rather than just trying to get another sale on the board. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who may be considering putting their property on the market, and need someone who is in their corner throughout the whole process.

"Thanks Guys"

Living Prospect was amazing, both Lourdes and Danny did an exceptional job and selling my property. Where things started looking bad with the interest rates continuing to rise, I honestly didn't think it would/could be achieved. But they were always optimistic/up beat and continued to give me hope when I had lost it. They both kept me up to date with what was happening, and once they had a buyer, they went out of their way to make it happen and close. I would certainly use them again should be in the need to another property. Thanks again guys, you were awesome :) Sophie
