"Exceptional Service"
Dani has been managing several of my properties for approximately a four year period, her services were highly recommended to me through a good friend of mine, I have since recommended Dani to family and friends. Right from the start Dani was organised, on time and was able to discuss ideas around saving money on improvements ahead of renting out one of my properties. During the time I have known Dani I have always found her professional and insightful, she is able to offer exceptional recommendations for improving outcomes on either rental return, maintenance and aesthetics . On many occasions Dani has gone beyond my expectations, this has enabled me to continue the growth of my portfolio while I have been experiencing difficult times. I feel at ease knowing that Dani is trustworthy and protects my assets by providing a service that is exceptional, thorough and timely. This was proven recently during a two year period while I was overseas. "Great service"
Dani was a thorough professional. She replied very promptly to emails and phone calls and made the whole experience quick and easy. We were advised we had secured the property one day after we lodged the application. Until dealing with Dani, we had found other Hobart real estate agents very slow to respond , sometimes not at all. Would highly recommend
