Darren came highly recommended for selling my investment property in Waterloo NSW. Being an interstate client and rather time poor, I could trust Darren to get the job done without my involvement, or having to travel to Sydney. Darren tailored his communication to my needs. He was proactive and did whatever was required to achieve a great result. Thank you Darren!
It was great working with Darren, very professional and helped us throughout the whole process of buying the property.
Darren, was an exceptional real estate agent. Helping me pass through offers to two properties and aiding in a speedy acceptance and transaction time. His unique persona definitely stood out and his willingness to help was exceptional.
Darren is a very impressive professional agent. He possesses highly adequate knowledge about the property market and always gives help and good advice to me on my purchase. He is easy to contact by phone and email and always gives quick responses. He is willing to answer any questions and concerns I have. He is trustworthy and highly recommended. Thanks Darren.
Darren was certainly a star performer during the recent sale of my apartment. His advice on styling, marketing and the photography for the property were spot on. My apartment listed on the Monday for a 30 day campaign and auction, and ended up selling after only 10 days for a price I was very happy with. Amazing! I cannot recommend Darren highly enough! Fantastic communication, a wealth of knowledge and a can do attitude.
From the outset Darren was committed to taking on my property, and helped me achieve the best possible result in an efficient and timeless manner. He was caring and he helped guide me through the complex process of selling in a down turned market with his vast knowledge of the Waterloo area. He worked on my property tirelessly and was in constant contact with me at every turn resulting in the price I wanted in only weeks on the market. Darren was not just my Real Estate Agent, he is a Real Estate Angel!
Darrens service was top notch. He guided us through the entire buying process and was very responsive, patient and supportive. Best service we had so far, would recommend Darren to anyone considering buying or selling.
Darren was encouraging, professional and faultless in all areas. He went out of his way to help us through the whole process of buying, particularly as we are overseas for much of the time leading up to the settlement and after. Darren responds very quickly to any queries and has gone over and above to help with all aspects of the moving process. Including some wonderful design advice.
Darren was outstanding. Our property was on the market less than two weeks, Darren worked tirelessly to help us achieve what we wanted.
Darren was amazing from the beginning of the sales process to the end (a quick sale in a very slow market). His communication and care for his clients is first class. I would highly recommend Darren to anyone wanting to sell their property.
