Highly recommended David and Jaden, very prompt replies to emails and phone calls, kept us up to date every step of the way - from first offer to settlement , to after settlement follow up phone calls . Very friendly, approachable and very professional. Wonderful agents to deal with.
David was very professional from our first meeting. He was extremely prepared and could answer any of our questions straight away. David was very informative and he and Jaden got things moving very quickly. Jaden always phoned and kept us up to date with any new developments at all times. They gave us spot on advice when we needed it and worked really hard to get us an excellent result. We Would highly recommend them for buying or selling a property.
5 years ago we were looking for a home and come across Gardian and Eric Rickman. We always said if we were to sell we would use Gardian. Eric put us in touch with David about 2 years ago and he gave us advice and tips and stayed in touch with no pressure until we were ready to sell. He sold 2 properties Of ours about 6 months apart and we couldnt fault him. We listened to his advice, we trusted him and it paid off. We highly recommend David and his team to everyone.
David and his team are absolute professionals that we would not hessiate to use again and recommend. We live interstate and David provided guidance for maintenance, repairs and what was needed to sell my property in a timely manner. A big thank you to David and the team at Gardian.
