I wish to thank you for an extremely honest and professional approach and finish for the sale of our home in Camberwell. David your ability as auctioneer to bring the buyers along to a conclusion on the day was outstanding and stress free for me as the vendor.
I was impressed by a number of things, not the least in which was your keeping me informed throughout the period leading up to auction. Some people who attended the auction have since spoke to me of how well it was conducted, confirming my own views and for this I thank you very much.
We are grateful to you both for achieving a good result. We appreciated your professionalism and frank advice throughout the process and wont hesitate to recommend you to any others seeking a similar path.
David was very professional, always contactable, down to earth and open and honest. He demonstrated ethics and was able to finalise our purchase very quickly, good for vendor and purchaser!
I would have no hesitation in recommending David as the agent of the area, the old adage of the biggest is not always the best was certainly the case here with such detailed personal attention we got the result we wanted.
We were delighted with the result, which exceeded even the highest expectations of what our Glen Iris home would be worth. Your expertise as an auctioneer was an amazing final performance in a well-rounded campaign on the part of the whole team at Noel Jones Camberwell. From the beginning, we both had every confidence in our choice of Real Estate Company and office. We never doubted our selection once, and throughout the months leading up to the auction, we felt ourselves to be valued, respected and part of a great team.
By far the most compelling reason that we signed with Noel Jones was that we trusted David Gillhams advice and knowledge of the area. Id have no hesitation in referring any prospective vendor to Noel Jones Camberwell.
We would like to thank David Gillham for his efforts in marketing our property in Wattle Valley Road so successfully. We were impressed with your courteous and professional manner, and the level of enthusiasm you brought to your job. During negotiations, we felt under no pressure to compromise our situation, and that you were willing to carry out our instructions without exception. We felt at all times that you were working in our best interests.
