"Thoroughly professional"
Our first encounter with David Coldham was a number of years ago when we purchased a property he was handling. We were so impressed with his polite, unpushy manner we had no hesitation in using him to sell that property for us. We have had the pleasure of using him and his wife, Mandy, again to sell our present home and we are very happy with the handling of this property. "Coldham Realty"
Our aged Mother wanted to sell her house so we researched numerous agents looking for one that was professional, knew the market (in particular the area), would have the vendors interests at heart and one that would ensure our Mother received the best deal. Our Mother's time frame for sale of her property was "within twelve months". Well, did we sure find more than what we wanted and hoped for in husband and wife team Coldham Realty. David Coldham initially sat down with us, explained everything in detail, formulated a workable strategy for us (bearing in mind our Mother's issues) with the result being that the property sold within 3 days of listing and before the first "House Open". In essence the sale process was easy for our Mother, the property settled with the minimum of fuss and we could not be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend Coldham Realty (the above ratings reflect this) for it's professionalism throughout the processes - of particular comfort to us was that David Coldhan kept us fully informed throughout.

David and Mandy were great to work with, selling two houses for us. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market, with outstanding digital marketing, we felt David represented us as the vendors to get us the highest price rather than aiming for a quick turnaround.
