David Crash of Crash Realty took over my property in Perth after another agent managed it for 15 months. The previous manager did not even cut spare keys and chose a tenant without my approval who left the place in a mess and challenged the BOND. David has won the full Bond + Cleaning costs in court and I am grateful and relieved to know the property is in good hands. David and his Team are Above and Beyond property managers in Perth.

"Cheapest property management services"
Overall good experience, however it took 5 weeks to find Tennant,I guess which was bit longer in such a tight rental market. Suggestions is: should be 3 open inspection instead of 2 in a week with at least 48 hour prior notice.
