"The rudest individual I have ever dealt with."
David is the rudest man I have ever met and cannot believe he is able to work in the industry. This guy is the biggest creep you will ever deal with. Asked us for cash outside of the rent to help us get the house and said it's a common practice these days. $1000 up front to convince the vendors, disgraceful.
