"Helpful and Attentive"
We recently sold our house to downsize and listed it with David Nichols, Raine & Horne, Gosford the house sold very quickly and for a good price that we were very happy with. We found David helpful, attentive, and his advice reliable. David has a very welcoming manner and demeaner with people and we could not have been happier with the service we received. Although selling and moving is a big upheaval we found the experience a lot less daunting than we expected. A big thank you David top marks.

"Excellent Advice"
We are very grateful for the excellent advice and work that David put into the property. He was prompt and honest and made sure he did all the right things to getr the sale during a particularly difficult times (Covid). We could not recommend David more highly. There werre some difficult buyers, before the right buyer was found and David handled them and the situation with both emnpathy and care. Thank you David for all you have done
