David presented as thoroughly professional in all dealings with us. He let us know what was happening at every step before the auction both in meetings and emails. He has a very pleasant manner which makes him easy to communicate with and given the complexities of the sale of our home he made it appear easy. We appreciate all he did to achieve this.
Dave is very professional, honest and hard working. His dedication and effort is above and beyond with private out of hours inspections, dropping and picking up of keys and constant communication throughout the sale. We will always use Dave for further ventures.
David was wonderful to work with, his drive, passion and enthusiasm was most reassuring. He sold my unit within 2 weeks of it being listed for a very good price. He explained the whole process from marketing trends and what to expect. Was very patient! He is the most professional Agent, he went over & beyond with constant telephone reports I would and have already recommended him to family and friends he is one of the best most easy going Agents. Excellent work David I cant thank you enough.
We very much appreciated David's professionalism, market knowledge, willingness to go above and beyond in answering questions, and the personal touch. Would definitely recommend!
