I've never met a real estate agent like David before - he's transparent and honest which is something I'd never experienced from a property manager before. Throughout the agreement, I kept 'waiting for the other shoe to drop' but it never did. Everything was addressed in a timely manner. I'm Immunocompromised as well which has been a nightmare to navigate during the pandemic- but David always valued my safety and health and wore a mask. I also recieved a full bond refund. I could not recommend Burlington Property and David enough.
