"Happy Endings"
My wife and I cannot commend Dawni Dennis enough. It was by no means an easy sale for her but she came through with flying colours. Not only did she have to deal with our management agent (incompetent) a difficult buyer and an irrational tenant but she took a lot of the burden from us as we were traveling overseas. Go Raibh Maith agat Dawni.(Thank you in Gaelic). Dawni was so easy to communicate with through the whole process and we would highly recommend her to anyone trying to sell their property. We have used other agents in the past but she is by far the best. We have other properties in Qld and we will definitely use Dawni when it is time to sell. Dawni was so amazing. I was in a process of deciding who will be the right agent to sell my property. I just happened to check my voicemail and found a message from Dawni that she left 3days earlier. I decided to give her a call and hear what she has to say. She was very confident and take ownership of her role. I knew then she will be the one. I gently let the others know that I have found someone to sell the property on my behalf. The following week. Dawni found the buyer and everything went well from the beginning till the end. I'm forever grateful with Dawni, great customer service, communication, very helpful and would highly recommend her service to anyone who is willing to sell or buy a property. She is top notch in my book.

"Dawni Dennis review.."
I had recently met Dawni on a overseas holiday and when we returned and saw the work needed to maintain our property we and decided it was time to down size so we contacted Dawni to get her educated opinion on what was needed to make our house ready for the market. Dawni was very open and direct with us she is obviously very experienced with what is needed when selling a property, she was extremely prompt and was at our house the next day, she had advised us that we didn't need to spend money to sell our house and it was very marketable as it was. We sat down and discussed what and how much we wanted for our house she was very easy to talk to and advised us how to market it and how to get the money we were asking, and within 2 days our house was sold, she was so efficient in all aspects of the procedure and was always keeping us informed with the progress through phone calls or texts, we couldn't be happier as we had settled on an amount but she went above and beyond what we were happy with and got us a few more 1,000 s, she really gave it her all and made the exercise of selling our house an extremely enjoyable and exciting time for all those involved in the sale of our house.
