"Purchase and sale"
I first met Deb at the open home of the house we ended up purchasing. I had two visits over two days and found Deb to be both pleasant and professional. At the open home I was so impressed with Deb that I asked (in jest) that if I was successful in purchasing this particular house would Deb be interested in selling my investment property. On the Sunday evening the call came through from Deb that I was successful in the purchase, from that time on I was not only purchasing a house through Deb but also selling. Throughout the whole process of buying and selling I found Deb to be professional, reliable,always contactable and above all honest. Deb also showed great negotiation skills and top quality work and there was nothing that was too much trouble.The marketing hat Deb recommended was right on the money and also top notch from the photographs right through to the pamphlets I would have no hesitation in recommending Deb (and EIS) to any potential seller or buyer as I believe that Deb would be one of the hardest working estate agents going around.
