Declan excelled in his communication, keeping us up to date with the number of hits on the site, the number of people attending the 'opens', his perception of sales in the nearby vicinity and the pricing of our property. He followed up on possible buyers and successfully negotiated the final sale price the day before the auction. Well done, Declan.
