I was contacted by Dee to see If I was interested in selling a property which I own, in Ulverstone. It was not for sale, however I was impressed by her positive and professional attitude. Soon after it became necessary to sell another family property, so I gave Dee the chance to sell it. From the start I was impressed with her prompt follow up of getting the place valued, documented, photographed and listed. I was continuously kept informed of the process and what would be expected of myself and from the agents side of things. Dee reported each enquiry and rated the likelihood of success. She held a couple of open days and reported each result. After having it on the market at the top dollar for a short time we reassessed the responses and the market, and adjusted the price accordingly, it sold it in a fairly short time. It was a pleasure to deal with someone with a positive attitude and who was realistic and prepared to listen. I have recommended Dee to others and would not hesitate to work with her in the future.
