"Our worst agent experience in 40 years"

If considering using this agent - don't. She was simply terrible. Her vendor was a nightmare, lying about the true condition of the property and deliberately avoiding her contractual obligations, including stealing items agreed to be left. Throughout the entire process, Diana barely lifted a finger to help, made mistakes in the contract and didn't even try to contact her vendor after discovering missing items after settlement. She was very fast however to claim her commission. Definitely not an agent we would recommend!
