This is the second time we have worked with Dianne Swan . The first time she sold us a property, she was so helpful and professional that when we decided to sell our property we instantly thought of her and again she proved that we had made the right decision! Dianne knows the market and her profession so well, every thing she suggested was spot on. She sold our property quickly, efficiently and at a much higher priced than we expected to achieve in record time. We will always go back to her if we intend to either buy or sell. Dianne Swann was brilliant during the sale of our property. Her responses were fast professional and always willing to offer advice and help as our property was a holiday home. Due to illness and work commitments and the pandemic I was unable to be present on site. Dianne dealt with everything and always gave great service and has a very warm manner as well as being very proactive in the sale both for myself and the buyer. I can not recommend her enough and wish her continued success as her local knowledge is I feel essential to the RichArdson and Wrench brand.
