I would like to say a huge thank you to Donovan Murphy and the team at McGrath Neutral Bay. Donovan was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole selling process and kept me informed every step of the way. I am very happy with the end result - sold in less than a week for a price that exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Donovan to any prospective sellers.
Donovan has excellent judgement and gave me astute advice, and was always pleasant and accessible to deal with. He is very efficient and hard-working, and the auction result was outstandingly good.
Donovan achieved an excellent sales result for us in a great sellers market. He communicated all aspects of the sale process pre-, during and post-sale well.
Mr Murphy was the sales Agent I have asked to sell my property. I found Mr Murphy professional, trustworthy and friendly person. It took only ten days to sell the property with exceptionally good outcome. During that time when the property was on the market, Mr Murphy was in frequent contact with me, updating me about the progress. In the end the price I received exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Mr Murphy to any of my friends, family or whoever is looking for professional, reliable person to deal with sales of property. I wish Mr Murphy all the very best in his professional and private life.
Professional and polite. A pleasure to work with on what can be a stressful ordeal.
The professionalism of Donovan Murphy and his team is second to none. Always available, they advised us on what little jobs to do to make our apartment and building looking its best for sale, and recommended excellent stylists who added the finishing touches. The photgrpahy and marketing was superb, our apartment never looked better. Once we were on the market, Donovan kept us constantly and realistically updated on the progress of our campaign. He negotiated a terrific price for the sale of our property. Now that we are househunting, Donovan and his team are going beyond the call of duty to assist us in finding a home. We would definitely work with then again and recommend Donovan Murphy highly to anyone looking to sell their property in Waverton, Wollstonecraft and surrounds!
We have found Donavan Murphy to be pleasant, knowledgable, hard working and extremely efficient. We are delighted with the outcome of our sale and recommend Donavan unreservedly
Donovan was fantastic. Really understood us and our house. He and his team worked very hard to achieve our great result. Having of necessity now been in contact with many other agents in the search for a new property we would consider that Donovan and McGrath to be by far the most professional we have dealt with.
Donovan was a pleasure to work with. He is very sales oriented and we were very impressed with his ability to recognise and focus on the real buyers. His entire team was a top notch too, I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
We wanted to write to say a huge thank you for such an incredible result on the sale of our property. It was a perfect campaign made by yourself and we sincerely thank you for your effort.
