"Great Advice-Great Execution"

Duncan and team, Vivian, Amber and we are sure others provided great insight and advice, they also followed through executing very well. Duncan is hugely professional and likeable with a great demeanor; the same can be said for his extended team. They kept fully us informed on all the next steps and chased us up when we were busy. They also have a great network of subcontractors who helped us prepare for the day; and fix those small things a vendor and buyer would rather not have to deal with. It was a positive experience at all times; we thank Duncan and the team @ Raine and Horne Newton for great friendly service that delivered on their promise.

"Top shelf Agent...none better!"

Duncan is a shiny example of what Real Estate Agents should be; honest, reliable and professional. His experience of more than two decades of real estate success in Newtown is built on a foundation of integrity in professional service. His communication and attention to detail are exemplary. And we loved the way he gently squeezed the buyer for more money, which after all, is what you are paying the Agent to do! We very highly recommend Duncan.

"Professionalism to the Max"

I cannot rate the service and care I received from Duncan and his team highly enough. From our first meeting I was made to feel that I had chosen the right realestate agent for my sale. Duncan was so caring and patient and genuine. Always punctual. Always polite. Always so professional. He always listened actively, communicated what was happening along every step of the process, and was always available and approachable. He gave excellent advice on how to prepare the property for sale and this was probably a contributing factor in its sale. I am very happy with the sale result and would highly recommend Duncan and his team if you want the best in service, communication and sales results.

"Trustworthy, Reliable & Dedicated!"

I cannot recommend Duncan Gordon enough for his outstanding service as our chief real estate agent. From the beginning, Duncan demonstrated a level of professionalism, tactfulness and resourcefulness that truly set him apart. Duncan was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the selling process. He provided valuable ideas and insights that greatly contributed to presenting our home in the best possible light. Additionally, Duncan went above and beyond by coordinating workmen to tidy up our large garden before the open house day. His commitment to ensuring everything was perfect did not go unnoticed. He also made numerous phone calls to promote our house, which significantly increased its visibility. Finally, on the day of auction/sale, Duncan untiringly negotiated on our behalf and offered us sound advice. We are deeply grateful for Duncan's dedication and hard work in helping us sell our home. Thank you, Duncan, for making this experience as smooth and successful as possible!

Duncan is an excellent agent. His market knowledge, frank and frequent feedback takes a lot of the guesswork out of selling a property. He works hard, people enjoy dealing with him. Highly recommended.

"Trustworthy, Professional"

This is the first time I have sold a property. I was quite apprehensive about the whole process. Duncan was totally professional, giving excellent advice and guiding me through the process. He worked tirelessly, as did his whole team to ensure a smooth transaction. I have no hesitation in recommending him to any person considering selling their house.
